Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the Sacrament of the Eucharist.
I love you above all things, and I desire to receive you into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally,
I invite you to enter into my heart with your Spirit.
I embrace you with my mind, my heart, and my soul.
Please, never permit me to be separated from you.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
